QUARTERLY ALLOTMENT CLUB
Allotments are issued the first week of the month in March, June, September & December.
You will receive an email with the Winemaker's Selection and an invitation to view and/or edit your order.
You will have 1 week to customize your Allotment. If you do not customize your order, you will automatically receive the Winemaker's Selection.
A customized cart will have a minimum requirement of $105.
You will be invited vie email to the Allotment Preview Tasting every quarter.
The Allotment Preview Tasting falls on first Saturday of each Allotment month.
You must reserve your tasting time via email.
This is a complimentary tasting of the Winemaker's Selection and a few additional wines with the Winemaking team.
If you attend the Allotment Preview Tasting, you make taste, purchase and take home your Allotment in person that day.
STEP 1: Log in to your Account
STEP 2: Scroll down to "Wine Club Membership"
STEP 3: Click on "Edit Pending Release"
STEP 4: You will see the Winemaker's Selection wines at the top with 1 bottle of each preselected. you can scroll down through our entire available catalog and select any additions you would like. You may also remove any of the Winemaker's Selection wines if you want to.
STEP 5: Scroll to the bottom and click "Update Order"
Don't forget the club case discount applies to your Allotment orders!

If you would like to cancel your membership please email the Club Concierge Team at WineClub@HawkHavenVineyard.com with your request.
Cancelling your membership before the completion of your initial 4 Allotments will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
You can add as many bottles as you would like!

If you order 12 or more bottles you will receive the Club Case discount!
We understand many of our Club Members do not live locally, year-round. You may email the Club Concierge Team at WineClub@HawkHavenVineyard.com with any delayed pick-up requests.
Any orders not picked up within 6 months and with no delayed pick-up request will be cancelled and a Restocking Fee of 25% of the order amount will be charged.
We do not offer "Skips" for the Quarterly Allotment Club.
You may request a Membership Cancellation and then sign up for the Club again when you would like to resume your membership.
