We’re excited to share that we are reopening the Hawk Haven Tasting Room for retail wine sales on Saturday, May 9th and wine tasting starting Saturday, May 16th. After months of building, refining, and reimagining, we’re looking forward to welcoming you into a space, and an experience, that reflects where Hawk Haven is today.
Over the years, Hawk Haven has been a place for gathering, wine, music, food, and celebration. As we’ve grown, so has our vision. This next chapter is a natural evolution of that journey.
Todd and Kenna have taken this opportunity to shape a more wine-centric experience, one that reflects a deeper focus on vineyard expression and the craft behind each bottle.
As our tastes and perspective have matured, Hawk Haven has grown alongside us, guiding this shift toward a more intentional and immersive way to experience our wines.
At the heart of this new chapter is a stronger connection between the vineyard, the winery, and your glass.
Our guided tasting experiences explore wine with intention. Led by a trained and passionate team, these tastings focus on sensory discovery, wine and food pairing, and a greater understanding of how each wine is grown and made. It’s an opportunity to slow down, ask questions, and truly engage with what’s in your glass.
Our new Vineyard & Winery Tours invite you to step beyond the tasting bar and into the story of Hawk Haven. Walk the vines, explore our new production facility, and learn about the history of the Wuerker family and the land. Along the way, our knowledgeable guides will share their passion for the craft, offering insight into what makes our wines uniquely ours.
To support this more focused experience, we’re creating a calmer, more intentional environment throughout the property. As part of this shift, the Hawk Haven property will be dedicated exclusively to tastings and tours , allowing the vineyard, the wines, and the overall experience to take center stage.
Our goal is to offer a setting where guests can fully immerse themselves, whether that’s through a guided tasting or a tour of the vineyard and winery.

No. Unfortunately, we do not have space for private events or groups. Our friends at Abbie Holmes Estate in Dennis Township curate beautiful and unique private events. Their event space is BYO and we deliver wine for events!
Yes! We’re looking for passionate wine lovers with at least a WSET Level 1 Certification to join our team as Tasting Room Wine Guides and Tour Hosts.
