Our Cider Program allows the Hawk Haven Winemaking Team to push boundaries and explore our creative side. Our new line of Cidres give us the opportunity to apply our classic winemaking techniques to cider production with extended barrel & bottle aging and Méthode Champenoise (bottle fermentation.)
